Once connected, your assistant gets 16 tools. You don't call them yourself: you ask in plain words and the assistant picks the tool. Knowing what each one does helps you ask for the right thing.
Costs are the same as in the app. You pay only for results.
| Tool | What it does | Cost |
|---|---|---|
verify | Checks one address or many. Up to 25 come back in the reply; more run in the background as a list you follow | 1 per verified or invalid result; 5 more when a catch-all is resolved |
find | Finds work emails for one person, many people, or everyone in a people list without one. Give a name plus a company name or domain; a LinkedIn URL helps | 20 per email found (25 with catch-all resolution); not found is free |
Catch-all domains. With catch-all resolution on (the default), an email that find finds behind a catch-all domain costs 5 on top of the found email: 20 + 5 = 25. The 25 are held when the search starts. If the email isn't found, they're all given back, so a not-found costs nothing. If the email is found on a domain that didn't need resolution, the extra 5 are given back and you pay 20.

search_linkedin | Explores LinkedIn: people, companies, posts, events, jobs or groups. Returns the count and samples; never saves anyone | free; a company filter given by LinkedIn URL: 20 per company looked up (free again within 30 days; numeric company IDs free). The reply says which were charged |
lookup_linkedin | Reads one profile, company page, post or event | free |
capture | Saves people into a list from a Sales Navigator search, a post (likers and commenters), an event (attendees) or the decision-makers at a company list. Skips people already in the list or on your exclusion lists. No 500 limit: searches over 2,500 people are split automatically. Can score everyone first and find emails only for good fits | Searches and attendees free; post engagers 10 per profile; at a company list, 20 per company added only by its LinkedIn URL (looked up once; companies with only a website or name aren't searched until matched); emails and scoring as below |
capture runs in the background, paced to keep your LinkedIn account safe, just like a capture started in the app.

enrich | Matches companies you added by name, domain or LinkedIn URL to their LinkedIn page, fills company details or refreshes people's profiles, or answers an AI question for every row ("Do they sell to hospitals?") | Matching 20–150 per company found, by how it's found (20 by LinkedIn URL, 50 by domain, 150 by name); company data 5 per company filled; AI question 10 per value (5 with your own AI key) |

targeting, score and write_outreach are listed only when AI features are available on your account. If your assistant doesn't see them, they aren't enabled for you yet.
Ready-made prompts
Some clients show a prompt menu. filtrat adds these starting points to it: leads from LinkedIn, leads from a post or event, find emails for a list, verify a list, watch LinkedIn, score my list, decision-makers at my companies and set up targeting.
Good to know
- Lists by name. Say "my list Benelux CTOs". If two lists share a name, the assistant asks which one.
- Big jobs preview first. Over 5,000 credits, nothing starts until you confirm. See Previews and confirmation.
- Files. Paste or attach a CSV or spreadsheet in the chat and ask to verify or find emails for it. The assistant reads the file and passes the rows to filtrat.
- One chain, one confirmation. "Save this search, score them and find emails for the fits" is one capture with one preview.
