An assistant can start a lot of work from one sentence. To keep you in control of your credits and your LinkedIn account, filtrat makes paid bulk actions preview first.
Which actions preview
capture: saving people from a search, post, event or company listverifyandfindwith more than 25 addresses or peopleenrich: matching companies, filling company data, AI questionsscore: scoring a list against an ICPcomment_on_post: always, whatever it costs (see below)
Single checks (up to 25 addresses or people), searches, lookups and reading lists don't preview.
What a preview shows
- What will be done: for example people found and how many are new to your lists.
- The credits for each step, with estimates marked as estimates.
- For captures, a few sample people and roughly how long it will take on your LinkedIn account.
Estimates are upper bounds. You're charged only for results, so the final cost is usually lower: not-found emails, unknown results and people already in your lists cost nothing.
The 5,000-credit threshold
| Preview total | What happens |
|---|---|
| Up to 5,000 credits | The work starts at once. The reply includes the preview so you can see what it costs |
| Over 5,000 credits | Nothing starts. The assistant shows you the preview and asks you to confirm |
When you confirm, the assistant calls the tool again with the preview's id. That id is tied to exactly what was previewed: the same list, the same source and the same options. The assistant can do less than the preview (for example save fewer people), but not more.
A preview is valid for 30 minutes. After that, the assistant asks for a new one.
If the preview is bigger than you expected, say so before you confirm: "only the first 500", "skip the emails for now" or "score a sample of 20 first". The assistant will ask for a smaller preview.
Comments on LinkedIn
comment_on_post posts publicly from your own LinkedIn account, so it always needs your approval, even though it's free:
- The assistant shows you the exact comment, the post (author, text and link) and the LinkedIn account it will post from. Nothing is posted yet.
- You approve, or ask for changes. Any change to the text creates a new preview.
- Only after you approve does the assistant post it. Each approval posts once.
A daily limit on comments applies to each LinkedIn account. When commenting on a buying signal, the post is also liked, as Comment & like does in the app.
Read the comment before you approve it. A posted comment can't be undone from the chat; if you need to remove it, delete it on LinkedIn.
Following the work
After a job starts, the assistant follows it with get_list until nothing is running, and tells you what was found and what it cost. You can also open the list in the app at any time: captures, scoring and enrichment started from a chat show there like any other job.
To pause or stop a job, ask: "pause the capture on Poland fintech CTOs". People already saved stay in the list.
Running out of credits
If your balance runs out partway, the job pauses instead of failing. Captures continue by themselves once you top up. Bulk verification and finder jobs can be resumed: top up in Credits & billing and ask the assistant to resume.
