How is this different from other verification tools?

The main difference is what you pay for. Most tools charge per email submitted regardless of result — you pay the same for an unknown or a risky address as you do for a confirmed one. We only charge for confirmed deliverable and confirmed bounce, the two results you can act on. The second difference is catch-all handling. Standard tools mark catch-all domain emails as unknown and stop there. We verify each mailbox individually on those domains, so you get a real answer instead of an ambiguous label.

What is the difference between plan credits and top-up credits?

Plan credits come with your subscription and reset at the start of each billing cycle — unused credits do not roll over. Top-up credits are a one-time purchase and never expire. Both live in the same balance and work for everything: verification, catch-all resolution, email finder, and pattern lookup. When a job runs, plan credits drain first. Once they are exhausted, top-ups cover the rest.

What happens if I run out of credits during a bulk job?

The job pauses. Nothing already processed is lost — every result verified up to that point is saved and exportable. Top up or upgrade your plan and the job resumes from where it stopped. You will not be charged twice for addresses already verified.

Standard verification is a single check. Catch-all resolution and pattern lookup each require additional work to return a confirmed answer where other tools give up. The higher price reflects the extra processing per result, and you are only charged when we return a definitive answer.

How long do you keep my data?

Verification results are cached for 180 days so re-checking the same address within that window costs nothing. After 180 days the cache entry is deleted. We do not sell submitted addresses or use them for anything outside of verification. You can delete your data at any time from your account settings.

If a verified result bounces, contact us. Our confirmed results have less than 1% bounce rate.
