How credits work

Updated Oct 20263 min read

filtrat uses one credit balance for every action. You're charged only when something is returned, and repeat lookups of the same person or company are free for a while.

What each action costs

ActionCreditsCharged when
Verify an email1The result is verified or invalid
Resolve a catch-all address5It comes back deliverable or bounce
Find an email20An email is found
Find an email, with catch-all resolution25 (20 + 5)An email is found on a catch-all domain and resolved. The 25 are held when the search starts and all given back if no email is found; the extra 5 are given back if the domain didn't need resolution
Email pattern of a domain15Per domain; cached afterwards
LinkedIn profile lookup10A profile is returned (finder from a LinkedIn URL, post likers and commenters)
Company details5A missing domain or description is filled
Match an imported company20 50 150Matched by its LinkedIn page, by its domain, or by name
LinkedIn company lookup20A company given only by its LinkedIn URL is found (Find decision-makers, a people search's company filter)
AI column value10 or 5A value is found; the lower price with your own AI key
ICP score15 or 5Per lead or company; the lower price with your own AI key

What's always free

  • Not found, unknown and risky results, and catch-all detection
  • Saving people from Sales Navigator searches, event attendees and group members
  • Domain reports
  • The same person or company again within 30 days
  • Re-verifying an address you checked in the last 180 days, unless you skip the history for a fresh check
  • Writing outreach openers
Tip

Before a large job starts, the app shows an estimate per step. Estimates are the most it can cost: misses and repeats are free, so the final charge is usually lower.

Monthly credits and credit packs

You can get credits two ways, and both land in the same balance:

Plan (monthly)Credit pack
PaidEvery month or every yearOnce
CreditsReset at the start of each billing month; unused credits don't roll overNever expire
UsedFirstAfter monthly credits run out
Price per creditLowestHigher than the plan at the same price

On Credits & billing these show as Subscription credits and Pay-as-you-go credits. See Monthly credits vs credit packs.

Plans

PlanPriceCredits a monthUnlocks
Starter$10/mo25,000Verification, finding, LinkedIn captures, companies, API, MCP
Growth$25/mo75,000Adds Targeting, ICP scoring, AI enrichment and openers
Pro$50/mo175,000Adds signals monitoring, 20 monitors
Business$100/mo400,00040 monitors
Enterprise$200/mo1,000,000Unlimited monitors

Billed yearly, a plan costs 10 times the monthly price, and credits are still added every month.

A credit pack isn't a plan: from the $25 pack up it unlocks AI columns and outreach openers, for as long as you have pack credits left. Targeting, ICP scoring and signals monitoring need a plan. See What each plan unlocks. Packs: $10 for 20,000 credits, $25 for 50,000, $50 for 120,000, $100 for 300,000 and $200 for 800,000.

When you run out

Single checks stop with a message. Bulk jobs stop where they are and keep their results; rows that couldn't run are marked as skipped. Captures pause. Buy a pack or upgrade in Credits & billing, then resume the job. Nothing is charged twice.
