Manage lead lists

Updated Oct 20263 min read

Every capture, watcher and decision-maker search saves people into a lead list. This article covers the everyday work on a list: finding your way around, renaming, combining, removing people, exporting and keeping an eye on what's running.

Your lists

The Leads page shows all your lists under the search area. Each list shows its name, how many leads it has, how many emails were found, and when it last changed. Finding emails… means email finding is running on it. Click a list to open it.

Find your way around a list

  • Search name, company, email… narrows the table as you type.
  • Filters opens a side panel to filter by email status, company, title, ICP fit and more. With filters on, actions such as Find emails and Export apply to the filtered rows.
  • The column groups show Contact data, Profile flags, Email status, How they got here (the search, post, event or watcher that added each person) and Company data.
  • The gear button (Columns and export) shows or hides columns.
  • The stats button opens a summary of the list.

Rename a list

Click the pencil next to the list name at the top of the list (Rename list), type the new name and press Save or Enter.

Combine lists

There's no single merge action. To bring people together in one list:

  • Open the list you want to keep and use Add data → Add leads to capture more people into it. People already in the list are skipped.
  • When you start a new capture, tick Skip people already in your lists so the same person isn't saved twice across lists.
  • For a one-off combined file, export each list and join the CSVs in your spreadsheet.

Remove people

  1. Tick the rows you want to remove (or use the header checkbox to select the page).
  2. In the bar at the bottom, press Remove (N).

Removing people from a list doesn't refund credits already spent on them. To keep people out of every list in future, add them to an exclusion list.

Export

  • Export CSV in the gear menu downloads the whole list, or Export N filtered when filters are on.
  • With rows selected, Export selected in the bottom bar downloads only those.

Delete a list

Press the trash icon at the top of the list (Delete list), or the delete button on the Leads page, and confirm. The list and its leads are deleted permanently.

See what's running

Long jobs run in the background, and you can close the page at any time. While one runs, a bar at the bottom of the list shows its progress:

JobExample
CaptureCapturing: 640 of 1,000
Email findingFinding emails: 120 of 400 · 85 found
Company detailsFilling company details: 30 of 90 companies
ICP scoringScoring with Mid-market SaaS: 50 of 200
AI enrichmentEnriching: 300 of 1,200 cells

The Capture jobs tab on the Leads page lists every capture with its status, including captures that are paused for a daily cap or waiting for credits.

Fill in company details

Add data → Fill company details adds the description, industry, size, headquarters, founding year and website for leads that have none. Only empty fields are filled; nothing is overwritten. It's free. Having the company website also lets Find emails search leads that were missing a domain.
