Once people are in a lead list, filtrat can find their work emails in one run. You choose whether to run it for every lead, only the filtered ones, or only the ones you select.
Find emails
- Open the list from Leads.
- Choose who to run it for:
- All leads without an email: don't select anything.
- Some leads: tick their rows.
- A segment: set Filters first, for example only one country or only strong ICP fits.
- Open Add data and choose Find emails. The menu item shows how many leads it covers (pending, selected or filtered) and the approximate credits.
- In the dialog, decide on Resolve catch-all domains:
- On: emails on catch-all domains are confirmed, for 5 more per email it confirms.
- Off: on catch-all domains the most likely address is saved, marked catch-all and not verified.
- Press Find emails.
Progress shows at the bottom of the list, for example Finding emails: 120 of 400 · 85 found. You can close the page.
You can also find emails as people are captured: tick Find emails automatically when you start a capture.
What it costs
| Cost | |
|---|---|
| Email found | 20 |
| Email found and confirmed on a catch-all domain | 25 |
| Not found | free |
Catch-all domains. With Resolve catch-all domains on, an email found behind a catch-all domain costs 5 on top of the found email: 20 + 5 = 25. The 25 are held when the search starts. If the email isn't found, they're all given back, so a not-found costs nothing. If the email is found on a domain that didn't need resolution, the extra 5 are given back and you pay 20.
The dialog shows the most it can cost if every email is found. The real charge is usually lower.
Confirm catch-all addresses later
If you found emails with resolution off, the list remembers which addresses are unverified catch-all. Add data then offers Resolve catch-alls (N), or includes them in Find emails as + N catch-all. Each address it confirms costs 5, because the find was already paid. The ones it can't confirm are free and keep their current address.
Leads that can't be searched
A lead needs a company domain before an email can be found. Leads without one show No Domain. Use Add data → Fill company details (free) to add company websites, then run Find emails again.
Read the results
The Email status columns show, for each lead:
- The email found, with its status and the Deliverability Index of the domain.
- Not found when no address could be confirmed. Nothing was charged.
- A catch-all mark when the address is the most likely one but not verified.
A warning icon next to an email means the address may bounce, for example because it's at a company the person may have left. Hover it for the reason.
See Found, catch-all unverified, not found for what each result means.
On a plan with AI features, score the list against your ICP first, filter to strong and partial fits, then find emails only for those. You don't pay for emails you won't use. See Score leads against your ICP.
