Company details make a list usable: a domain lets the email finder search, and a description, industry and size let you filter, score and write to the right companies. filtrat fills in what's missing in company lists and in lead lists.
In a company list
Companies captured from a search get their details automatically during the capture; the bar shows Adding company details: 120 of 300. For companies that still lack a domain or description:
- All of them: open Add data → Enrich LinkedIn data (N). N is the number of companies that can still be enriched.
- One company: click the sparkle icon at the end of its row (Enrich company).
The details fill in as they arrive. The company columns include Company domain, Company LinkedIn, Industry, Company size, Website, Founded, Specialties, Description and Followers. Use the gear button to show or hide columns.
Which companies can be enriched
- Companies captured from a search or added from a company page.
- Imported rows once they're matched to a company (Status Enriched). Rows that aren't matched yet (Waiting, Possible match, Not found…) have no company to enrich yet; match them first. See Match imported companies.
What it costs
5 per company that we add a domain or description to. If there's nothing new to add, it's free. A company you were charged for in the last 30 days is free again.
In a lead list
Leads come with their company name, but not always the company's website and profile. To fill them in:
- Open the lead list.
- Choose Add data → Fill company details.
- The dialog says how many leads have no company details and how many companies that covers. Confirm.
filtrat adds the description, industry, size, headquarters, founding year and website. Only empty fields are filled; nothing is overwritten. It runs in the background, with progress at the bottom of the list (Filling company details: 30 of 90 companies).
Filling company details in a lead list is free.
Leads without a company domain show No Domain and can't be searched by the email finder. Run Fill company details first, then Find emails: leads whose company website was found can now be searched. See Find emails for a lead list.
When details can't be found
Some companies have little public information: very small firms, holding companies, or companies whose LinkedIn page is empty. Those keep their empty fields, and nothing is charged. For a company you know, you can still find emails with the email finder by typing its domain yourself.
