Download past results

Updated Oct 20262 min read

Every bulk job and every list keeps its rows, so you can download the results again at any time. Downloading is free: you already paid for the results.

Find the job

Usage history covers the current month only. For older jobs, use the job pages.

Download a verification job

  1. Open the job.
  2. Press Download at the top right.
  3. Choose what to download:
    • All results: every row, with its status.
    • Deliverable only: just the verified addresses, ready to send to.

To download only some rows, tick them in the table first. The button then shows how many are selected and downloads just those.

The file keeps the columns from your original upload, with the verification results added.

Download a finder job

  1. Open the job.
  2. Open the export menu and choose:
    • Export all: every row.
    • Export found: only the people an email was found for.
    • Export filtered: only the rows matching the filters you set in the table.
  3. Or tick rows and press Export selected.

Download a lead or company list

Open the list under Leads or Companies and press Export CSV. If you've filtered the table, the button exports just the matching rows.

Leads captured from LinkedIn, imported from a file or saved by a watcher all live in lists, so this is how you download them.

From the API

WhatEndpoint
A verification jobGET /v1/bulk/jobs/{job_id}/export
A finder jobGET /v1/bulk-finder/jobs/{job_id}/export
A lead listGET /v1/leads/lists/{list_id}/export

To find a job's id, list your jobs with GET /v1/bulk/jobs or GET /v1/bulk-finder/jobs. For reading rows in pages instead of one file, see Long-running jobs.

Re-check an old list

Results reflect the moment they were checked. People change jobs and mailboxes close, so an old list can bounce more than it did. Before reusing a list after a few months, re-verify it from the job's page: you can choose which statuses to check again (for example unknown and catch-all), and the preview shows the cost before anything runs. See Re-checks and the 180-day history.

If a download fails

  • Very large jobs take a few seconds to prepare. Wait for the download to start before clicking again.
  • If your browser blocks the download, allow downloads from filtrat and try again.
  • If it still fails, email support@filtrat.io with the job's name and when it ran.
