By default, AI columns and ICP scoring run on filtrat AI, with nothing to set up. If you already pay an AI provider, you can bring your own key (BYOK). The AI work then runs on your key, and filtrat charges fewer credits for it.
What you pay
| filtrat AI | Your own key | |
|---|---|---|
| AI column, per value found | 10 | 5 |
| ICP score, per lead or company | 15 | 5 |
| Re-scoring after an ICP edit | 7.5 | 2.5 |
Your AI provider bills you separately for what your key uses. Everything else, such as verification, email finding and captures, costs the same either way.
Your own key doesn't unlock AI features on its own: they need the Growth plan or higher (a credit pack from $25 covers AI columns and openers).
Supported providers
- OpenAI
- Google Gemini
- DeepSeek
- Anthropic
You choose the provider and the model. The recommended model for each provider is marked as the default.
Add your key
- Open Settings and expand Filtratix Enrichment Agent.
- Choose Bring Your Own Key.
- Pick the Provider and the Model.
- Paste your key into API Key.
- Press Enable AI.
The key is tested when you save. The section header then shows BYOK, the provider, and Valid or Invalid. Full steps, including what happens if your key fails mid-job: Add your own AI key.
When it's worth it
A rough rule: own-key pricing saves 5 credits per AI value and 10 per score. On a list of 2,000 leads, scoring alone saves 20,000 credits. Whether that's worth it depends on what your provider charges you for the same work, so check your provider's prices and rate limits.
Large jobs make many requests. If your provider account has low rate limits, a big scoring run can hit them. Keep the option to continue with filtrat AI on, so the job finishes.
