You don't have to write every question yourself. The Enrich columns panel has ready-made columns for the research most teams do: is this person a decision-maker, does the company have an API, are they hiring. Add one and fill it like any AI column.
Add a preset
- Open a lead list or a company list and choose Add data → Add AI columns….
- Browse the Person and Company tabs, or search by name.
- Add the columns you want.
- Fill them with Add data → Enrich all empty cells, Enrich selected, or Enrich in a single cell.
Person columns (lead lists)
Some person columns are worked out from the LinkedIn profile without AI, and are free:
| Column | What it gives |
|---|---|
| Days in Current Role, Company Tenure, Total Experience | How long they've been in the role, at the company and working |
| Recently Changed Jobs | Whether they started their current role in the last 90 days |
| Career Trajectory | Rising, lateral, declining, or founder |
| Active Roles, Number of Positions | How many current roles and past positions they have |
| Title Prefix | A title or degree in their name or headline, such as Dr., PhD or MBA |
| Lead Tier | A tier from the lead's ICP score and other filled columns |
| Email from Primary Company | Whether their email is at the company of their main role |
The others are AI columns, at 10 per value found (5 with your own key):
| Group | Columns |
|---|---|
| Qualification: is this lead worth pursuing? | Decision Maker, Seniority Level, Function, Technical Buyer, Budget Authority, Founder-led Sales, Role Scope |
| Context: what to know before reaching out | Outreach Angle, Language, Engagement Signal, Persona Tag |
Company columns
Company columns are answered from the company's website, at 10 per value found (5 with your own key):
| Group | Examples |
|---|---|
| Company context | Company Summary, Business Model, Sells To, Target Customer, Customer Size, Company Stage, Geographic Focus, Key Differentiator, Pain Signals, ICP Fit Summary, Publicly Traded |
| Product | Has API, Has MCP, Uses AI in Product, Has Mobile App, Has Chrome Extension, Has Marketplace, Has Open Source, Offers Demo, Free Entry Point, Pricing Model, Integration Partners |
| Marketing | Has Blog, Has Podcast, Has Case Studies, Case Study Verticals, Named Customers, Has Affiliate Program, Content Velocity |
| Hiring signals | Is Hiring, Open Roles Count, Hiring Velocity |
| Operations | Tech Stack, Support Channels, Has Physical Offices, Compliance Certifications, Verticals Served |
Company lists also have a Jobs column that shows which companies are hiring, by level and region, for free.
A Live Web group (funding status, main competitors, recent executive hires, review rating, compliance and legal news) is listed as Coming soon.
Presets or your own question?
Use a preset when it asks exactly what you need: it's already worded and tested. Write your own when you need your definition, such as Does the company sell to dental clinics? See Add an AI column.
Fill a preset on a filtered part of the list first, such as your strong ICP fits, rather than the whole list. You pay only for values found.
