A workspace is one client you prospect for. Each one has its own company profile, ICPs, lead and company lists, monitors and signals, so nothing gets mixed up between clients. Your credits, API keys and LinkedIn accounts belong to your account and are shared by all of them.
If you only work for your own company, you have one workspace and nothing changes: the switcher stays hidden until you add a second client.
Add a client
- Open Settings → Manage workspaces (or, once you have two, the workspace switcher → New client).
- Enter the client's website, like
acme.com. The name is filled from it; change it if you like. - Press Create. We read the website, draft the company profile and suggest ICPs. This takes a minute or two.
- Press Open to start working in the new client.
No website? Leave it empty and type a name. You can fill in the profile later in Targeting.
Switch between clients
The workspace switcher sits at the bottom of the sidebar, above your account. Click it and pick a client. On a phone it's at the top of the screen.
You stay on the same page: Leads shows that client's lead lists, Signals its monitors, and so on. If you were inside a list, you go back to the list of lists.
All clients
Pick All clients in the switcher to see every client's lead lists, company lists and monitors together. Each row shows which client it belongs to.
All clients is for looking. To create a list or a monitor, or to open Targeting, pick a client first: everything new belongs to one client.
Move a list or monitor
Open the ⋯ menu on a lead list, company list or monitor and choose Move to…. A monitor moves with its signals.
What's shared and what's per client
| Per client | Shared by all clients |
|---|---|
| Company profile and ICPs | Credits and your plan |
| Lead and company lists | API keys |
| Monitors, watchers and signals | LinkedIn accounts (you can limit each one to some clients) |
| Exclusion lists for that client | Exclusion lists for All clients |
Exclusion lists. When you upload a list in Settings, choose whether it applies to all clients (your own customers, for example) or only to the current client.
LinkedIn accounts. Every account works for all clients by default. In Settings → LinkedIn accounts, use Used for to limit an account to some clients. Its daily limits stay one budget, shared by those clients.
Limits and archiving
| Plan | Clients |
|---|---|
| Starter, Growth | 1 |
| Pro | 3 |
| Business | 15 |
| Enterprise | Unlimited |
Manage workspaces shows how many you use, like "2 of 3 clients on Pro". At the limit, archive a client you no longer work for, or upgrade in Credits & billing.
Archiving a client stops its monitors. Its lists, signals and exclusions are kept, and you can restore it any time while your plan has room. Your default workspace can't be archived; make another one the default first.
See what each client costs
Credits & billing shows the credits spent by each client this month. Use Export CSV to bill your clients or share the numbers.
