Your account details live on the Profile page. Open it from your avatar in the top-right corner of the app, then choose Profile.
What the Profile page shows
| Field | What it is |
|---|---|
| The address you sign in with. Billing emails and receipts go here too. | |
| Business email | The work address you confirmed for the bonus credits, marked Verified or Pending. |
| Status | Active, or Pending Deletion after you've asked to close the account. |
The page also links to your API keys, lets you clear cached verification results, and is where you request account deletion.
Change your password
You set a new password from the sign-in page:
- Sign out (avatar → Sign out), or open filtrat.io/auth in a private window.
- Choose Forgot password?.
- Enter the email you sign in with and press Send reset link.
- Open the link in the email and choose a new password. It needs at least 8 characters.
- Sign in with the new password.
The reset link works once. If it has expired, request a new one.
Didn't get the email? Check spam, and make sure you typed the address you signed up with. For security, the page looks the same whether or not an account exists for that address.
Change your sign-in email
The sign-in email can't be changed from the app yet. Email support@filtrat.io from your current address with the new one, and we'll move the account over. Your lists, results, API keys and credits stay as they are.
Your name
filtrat doesn't ask for your name, so there's nothing to update. Your account is identified by your sign-in email.
Time zone
filtrat picks up your browser's time zone the first time you sign in. It's used for daily limits, such as the LinkedIn daily cap, which reset at midnight your time. There's nothing to set.
Clear cached results
Every address you verify is kept in your history for 180 days, so checking it again within that time is free. Under Cached results on the Profile page you can delete that history:
- Press Clear cached results.
- Type
CLEARand press Confirm.
This can't be undone. Verifying those addresses again will cost credits. See Re-checks and the 180-day history.
