You can ask for your filtrat account and all its data to be deleted from the Profile page. Deletion is permanent, so take a few minutes to get ready first.
Before you ask
- Download what you need. Export lead lists, company lists and verification results you want to keep. See Download past results.
- Cancel your plan. Open Credits & billing, press Manage billing ↗ and cancel the subscription there, so you aren't charged again. See Invoices, upgrades and cancelling.
- Update your tools. Anything using your API keys, such as Claude, Clay or n8n, stops working once the account is deleted.
Request deletion
- Open your avatar in the top-right corner and choose Profile.
- Under Delete account, press Request account deletion.
- Type
DELETEand press Confirm deletion.
Your status changes to Pending Deletion, and the page shows the date you asked. Your account stays active until the request is processed, so you can still sign in and export data in the meantime.
Once the deletion is processed it can't be undone. Lists, results, ICPs, monitors and API keys are deleted, and unused credits, including pack credits, are lost.
What gets deleted
Your account and all the data tied to it, including:
- Your account and sign-in
- Lead lists, company lists and their columns, scores and emails
- Verification and finder results, including your 180-day history
- Targeting profiles, ICPs, signals monitors and watchers
- Connected LinkedIn accounts and your saved AI key
- API keys

Just want a break?
You don't need to delete anything to stop paying. Cancel the plan and keep the account: your lists and history stay, and pack credits never expire, so they're still there when you come back.
