What a workspace is

Updated Nov 20261 min read

A workspace is one client you prospect for. Agencies use one per client; if you only sell for your own company, you have one workspace and nothing changes: the switcher stays hidden until you add a second client.

What each client has

Each workspace has its own:

  • company profile and ICPs
  • lead lists and company lists
  • monitors and watchers, with their signals
  • exclusion lists uploaded for that client

Whatever you create belongs to the client you're in. There's nothing to tag by hand.

What your account shares

These belong to your account and work for every client:

  • your plan and your one credit balance
  • API keys
  • sequencer connections
  • LinkedIn accounts (you can limit each one to some clients)
  • exclusion lists uploaded for All clients

LinkedIn accounts

Every connected LinkedIn account works for all clients by default. In Settings → LinkedIn accounts, use Used for to limit an account to some clients. Its daily limits stay one budget, shared by those clients.

Who can use a workspace

Workspaces organise one filtrat account's work by client. They don't add users: your clients and teammates don't get their own logins to a workspace.
