Each plan includes a number of active workspaces. Archived ones don't count.

Manage workspaces shows how many you use, like "2 of 3 clients on Pro". At the limit, archive a client you no longer work for, or upgrade in Credits & billing.
Archive a client
In Settings → Manage workspaces, open the ⋯ menu on the client and choose Archive.
- Its monitors and watchers stop.
- Its lists, signals and exclusions are kept.
- It no longer counts toward your plan's limit.
Your default workspace can't be archived. Make another one the default first.
Restore a client
Archived clients are listed under Archived on the same page. Press Restore to bring one back; it needs room in your plan.
Its monitors stay paused after restoring. Turn back on the ones you still want.
