In Salesforge, contacts live in a workspace and are grouped with tags. When you send a lead list from filtrat, each lead becomes a contact in the workspace you choose, with a tag on it. Use that tag to add the contacts to your Salesforge sequences.
Connect
On the Sequencers tab of API & Integrations, press Connect on Salesforge and paste an API key from your Salesforge settings. See Connect a sequencer.
Send
- Open a lead list, press Add data, then Send to sequencer, and choose Salesforge.
- Pick the Salesforge workspace. If your account has no workspace yet, create one in Salesforge first.
- Pick a tag the workspace already has, or type a name for a new tag. A new tag is named after your lead list unless you change it.
- Choose the leads and the extra columns, then press Send to Salesforge.
What each contact gets
- First and last name, position, company, email and LinkedIn URL, plus the tag.
- The extra columns you ticked as custom variables. A column fills the Salesforge variable with the same name when one exists, otherwise a new variable named after the column (for example, Company Size becomes
company_size).
Only an email filtrat found is sent. A lead without one goes with its LinkedIn URL.
Leads that are skipped
Salesforge needs a first name, and an email or a LinkedIn URL, so leads without them are skipped. Contacts on your Salesforge do-not-contact list are skipped too; the rest of the list still goes through. The result shows how many were sent and skipped.
Sending is free.
