How it works

Connect your API key
Copy it from your HeyReach settings and paste it in filtrat under API & Integrations → Sequencers. It’s checked with the tool, then stored encrypted.

Pick a list
Open a lead list, select all leads or a few, and choose Send to sequencer → HeyReach.

Lead list
Choose an existing HeyReach lead list, or a new one named after your filtrat list. Add it to a HeyReach campaign as usual.

Send
Leads go 100 at a time in the background, with progress and a count of who was added, updated and skipped.
What goes across.
Each lead becomes a lead in your HeyReach list. Extra columns of the list, an AI opener, an ICP reason or a signal, go as custom fields named after the column: Company Size becomes company_size.
- Leads need a LinkedIn profile URL; no email is needed, and those without a URL are skipped and counted
- A lead already in the list is updated, not added twice
- Only emails filtrat found are sent, never guesses
- Up to 10,000 leads per send
